Deck refinishing

So I've got to clean, maybe sand and refinish a very weathered (near ocean obviously) old (but not rotted) pressure treated deck. I've read that half pool chlorine and water is a good way to clean, kill mold and not kill your plants. I've pressure washed these two expansive decks to the point, I wish I could just clean them, skip the sanding and find a product that not only seals the deck but fills some of the thousands of cracks. Anyone have any recommendations?

Deck Over. HD or Lowes. I have used the product and it works.

My neighbor did this, worked well but it’s not that attractive.
