Some New "Yak Rats"???

Maybe we can revive the "Yak Rats" and the "Scrambles" we used to enjoy? We had a lot of fun and then our ranks thinned......but a few of us die hards remain!:uhuh:

I'll try and get out Larry. Need to do a little work on the yak and I can't keep up with the pedal drive hobbies but I'd love to join a scramble!

I'm in, soon as you guys get something on the calendar.

Also, I'm headed to Land Champlain late in June again this year for a fly fishing bass tournament called the Ditch Pickle Classic. Great group of guys, and a ton of fun. If anyone's interested, I've got a buddy looking for a teammate...

I'd be down for a scramble, I finally got my yak!..
It's not a pro angler, nor does it have mirage drive, but I think I can make it work right now, with my young family.

It's a 2016 wilderness systems tarpon 120, and now I can start the fun part accessorizing the crap out it. I took it out yesterday, and got a feel for it, a few more paddling sessions , and then perhaps, I'll cast a line, I just want to get a feel for how it will be in conditions right now. But I'd love to do a scramble with you guys.

I love the Wilderness line of yaks.....even with my Hobie I am eyeing the ATAK model....perhaps for next year as a second kayak! We will get together soon......going on vacation shortly.
