metal lip swimmer that casts
 

is there such a thing? I want something that casts like a bottle swimmer but will stay on top with a nice wiggle like a danny.

Years ago Superstrike had a lip-less surface swimmer. They stopped making it but I keep hearing it's coming back. Lex has one now, and they're sold thru The Surfcaster.

Weighting a metal lip won't change the fact that it has that lip, and that's what cuts down on yer distance. Big freakin' air brake.
