marylander coming north
I am going to a wedding next weekend in or near Brewster, Mass.. I know nothing about striper fishing up your way? head boat , guides surf fishing etc ....any advise? do I need a license to fish the surf?
|
No saltwater license needed.
Just hit one of the beaches, and fish 2 hours before high slack tide and the outgoing. Bring a nine foot spinning rod and some swimming plugs you might already have in your possession. If you want to dunk bait just bring the same rig you would use down in MD. Fresh sand eels are the ticket up here. -WW |
JSB - welcome to S-B...
How much "effort" do you want to put in? Some places will rent rods & reels, not the best stuff but it will work. Fishing could be great but its all weather related now. Where from muriland are ya from ? I'm from Pasadena myself... |
