I went to a concealed carry self defense seminare the other night and came out of there with some great info. Just thought I would pass it on...guys tell your ladies!

unfortuantely I just found out about this and miss some things I would have liked to go to....but they do have courses on keychain and arosol spray self defense coming up. I know I am going to try my best to be there!
