do you know how to put a reservation page like this one on a site

You could just have any generic system that submits all the info into an e-mail and sends it to you (which im sure is what they're doing).

Just a website supporting php or asp would be the easiest.

In laymans terms, its just a form that sends you an e-mail, no special software necessary. :)

Would take about 5min to make.

on register.com sites I dont think they take html codes

if you can upload web pages to the site, you can put one up.

ms FRONTPAGE can do that stuff easily if you got access to a host that supports frontpage extensions, which alot do now adays.
