I'm reminded of an episode of Leave It To Beaver where Ward walks in after a hard day at the office, sees Wally sitting on the couch reading a comic book and asks, "Wally, where's the Beav?" and Wally responds, "In the kitchen with mom packin' fudge."

Isnt' there an episode when Ward punishes the beav and mom says to dad... "Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the beav last night?"" Don't know if it actually was in the show...
