Mutated striper

Anyone ever caught a "mutation".
I've caught two of them , one was 34 inches and the other was about 44 inches. They have pop eyes and there mouth is situated on the top pf the head. I have no pictures but those sea monsters sure were strange looking. Looked like someone punched their face in.
