As of this writing schools of mackeral as far as the eye could see 2-3 miles east of Thatchers
Could be a diferent story by the weekend, they could be gone.
Also the draggers have been catching haddock on Jefferies.

A fella next door to the job I'm working on wanted to know where to go to get some mackeral. Told him about fishing from shore in Rockport.
After 1-1/2 hrs they had about 200 pounds.
I'm surprised that they are still in the harbor and still feeding on bunker, it's been several days.
