Phone Number For Eeels?

Anybody know the phone number for or at least what town Capt. Don's bait and tackle is in down in South County? I need to make sure that I will be able to get eels once I get down to South County this evening. I tried calling Weekapaug B&T, but they are not answering their phone. Is there any where else I may be able to get 18 good sized eels between Quincy and there without going too far out of my way?

Quaker Lane in North Kingstown is an easy off/on on Route 4, not sure what time they close tonite
