where is the west wall
 

new to surf fishing can someone tell me where the west wall is located.

Welcome aboard Bear.... The West Wall is located off Sucotash Rd in East Matunuck and is the western of 3 accessible walls protecting the port of Galilee.

Succotash Rd. is off Rt. 1 just south of Wakefield on your way to Westerly. It's East Matunuck Beach.

Just keep going to the village across the breachway from George's of Galillee, around the little rotary, and park where it says, "Parallel parking." Then hike SSW via the little road that goes up the hill. At the top of the hill (about 100 yds. from the parking area), you'll see the ocean and part of the West Wall. Just keep going toward the water and when you get to the beach you'll see where to go.
