This Week Has Been The Longest Winter Ever!
 

Hung up the rods a week ago and already I am miserable....might have to make a last run down to drive the Race just for the heck of it on Friday! Just drive down and run the beach as it is the last day before they close it! Anyone interested in meeting down there and chewing the fat and maybe making a few casts????? Have to check the weather but I think I'm a going!!!:ss: :uhuh:

well since its only an hour away and it is the last day for the beach I will go!!. What time you want to meet??

Just call the Ranger station Slipknot, but I am sure it will be open Sat. as that is the last day! MacoJoe, I am pretty sure I am going down in the morning, I will know better this afternoon if you are interested.

MacoJoe...gotta cancel going to the Race tomorrow! Sorry! With the high winds my Jeep is a real bugger to drive on the highway, it is about as aerodynamic as a brick!!!! Drove down to Redtop today and Jeep was all over the road and the winds are supposed to be worse tomorrow morn. Again, sorry, I was looking forward to one more run! I guess now I gotta wait till April 2004......:doh: :bc:

Were you down the Race today MJ???? Last week I found some nice plugs washed up all tangled in fishing line. Some Rangers, a few new Hopkins and Kastmasters. Not a bad haul. Good luck!

Nope not me!! But I will be there at 7am tomorrow! Low tide is at 8:30 am so it will be a nice to time to be there.To bad you can't make it!!
