Korkers wading shoes
Korkers Convertable wading shoes....
Has anyone here tried them?? Love em? hate em? they look prety neat |
Go with the ll bean ones. Sturdier think like 30-40 studs per foot and they only 59 bux, and they are built tougher + you get that 100 % satisfaction ll bean warrantee. :D Your pm box is full there chief.;)

Empty... like my plugbag after a bloo attack!
Do you mean the ll bean wading boots or the lace up sandals?? I remember you telling me about those a while back. |
Vic, I checked out what you were talking about, and I see your talking about the sandals.. they do look nice, but I'm talking about boots. My waders are stoking feet ones, so I gotta get boots, and the korker boots have interchangable soles so you can have a felt bottom, a studded felt, studded rubber, etc.

don't forget the ribbed soles, for her pleasure:D
|
I prefer eel skins with the receptical end  :D

The boots sound like a cure all...Any good????
Got boot? |
How are the LL Bean one's sized? Would you need to wear extra socks if you planned to only wear them under splash pants and jeans or something?
|
Newelly's got LL Bean boots with spikes..(not sandals) There the best I've seen ..When I'm rich I'm gonna get some..
|
Hmmm... so the LL Bean's are break-the-bank jobs... not good:smash:
|
My problem with the Bean boots is that they are leather, and we all know what leather does when its exposed to salt water. But... there is that lovely 100% warranty.
Bean ones are someting like 150 bucks with studded aquastealth soles, and the korkers are 125 bucks with a pair of rubber soles and a pair of felt soles, studded rubber (like the sandals)are 30 bucks. So its pretty much a wash, but the beans have the 100% warranty. I guess I'm going with the beans. |
