Don't feel bad, last season it was a wedding, christening or Bar-Mitzvah every other weekend! I'm serious from May to Oct. Never again!

Stupit me, before Striped Bass fishing began I made the mistake of getting married on October 1. Wife b'day in September, I'm in trouble every year for "forgetting" her birthday and going fishing :smash:

I got married in early summer a few years ago. Honeymoon was in the South Pacific. I managed to squeeze in a little fishing with the bride. :hihi:

just the opposite of fishpart . married late Sept daughters birthday too and wife birthday beginning of Oct . Now Ive been married for 20years and every year we vacation the last week of Sept - first week of oct and its always at a place on the water or very near . its all in the training !

Hopefully FishChick won't see this post:laugha: when we do get married (and we will eventually.....someday) I hope that was vague enough in case she sees this, we will be getting hitched down the Cape on a sandy beach with fishing rods close by in case the fish start blitzing in the middle of the vows!:uhuh: That way when the blitz begins, we will have to put all on hold until after we have fished it! How does that sound FWW? More to your liking?:kewl:
