Same here.. My buddy Rick and I ran the river without luck at dusk.. nada... but I did find an old bomber from teh dark ages that had barnacles growing on it the size of.. well the size of large barnacles.

Went to one of piemma's spots too and I think I followed his tire tracks and footsteps.
Piemma you have a dog?

I know where I'd like to be, but the cold that won't go away keeps returning, so I decided to take a couple days and sleep and go easy. Poured up a bunch of herring myself yesterday and am getting stuff ready for the plug party tomorrow. Clammer maybe Sunday am, is GB going tomorrow, will see how I feel and if we are going to get any break in the rain? Still won't have my trolling motor back, but I think a bit of drifting will work, not rocket science.

Clammer 01-02-2004 10:44 AM

Yea, Greg going tomorrow=============:cool:
