Frozen pipes 2
 

Next time some one bitches about their pipes being frozen, ask them if it's from their own stupitity. Most of the houses I have been dealing with are Cape Cod 2nd homes with the heat set on 50-60 because higher would cost too much in oil. I hope your house freezes you cheap bass-tards, hope the water damage is in the hundreds of thousands cause you deserve it!
