Burst Pipes *%#@*!!!!!!!

I wake up at 5am to the sound of gushing water. Pipes burst in my building. Flooded our condo. New tile, paint, hardwood floors...just finished last summer. This cold snap will be remembered.
Others got it worse than us...but it still s**ks.
I'M GRUMPY:af: :af: :af: :af:

Why worry about water damage to the home? Just call your friendly insurance man homeowners will pay for the damage with enough left over for the plumber. Now if you really want something to worry about...how about the boat. Did the anti-freeze get all around the engine? Was the head drained properly? Is there any way squirrels can get into the cabin, bump uglies, and start a family? Did some ex-fishing partner leave a bag of pogies in the bait box? Over the years I have had all of these problems. It is just a matter of priorities. Ask Forest Gump.

Took down ceilings in soaked areas today. Things seem to be drying out. What a mess.
