Great News!!!!!!
I just walked out of the doctor's office! That's right WALKED! I went in for a check up/X ray. The doctor said the X-ray looked great and inquired if I was in any pain. I told him no, and explained that I actually had put weight on it accidentilly the other day. He asked me how it felt, and I told him it felt fine. So he asked if I wanted to try and take a few steps with the immobilizer on and see how it went. To make a long story short I walked out of the doctor's office on my own two feet. He told me just take it real easy, and that is how I'm planning on handling it. Anyway, I expected to be on those danm armpit tourchering devices for another 6 weeks. Thank God, and bring on the fish, Amen!

Way to go Mikey. I can relate. Had full ACL reconstruction in 1990 and it is 100% (most days). Ride a bike as much as you can. Stationary and road :) Good luck |
Good advice, but I can't stand anything stationairy, and I haven't liked bikes since my dad sent me on the duck taped chinese downhill from hell. I like to hit the M&M trail roun deez parts. If I reduce the chance of reinjury, I promote wussyness. Ziggybummwa!!!!
