Providence power plant combo
 

I've been thinking about getting a combo specifically for Providence power plant fishing (hurricane barrier) ive read articles about using small (less than 1/2oz.) jigheads and 10# test mono. Now im trying to think about a rod and reel that would suit this fishing best. Keep in mind most fish are well under 30" with a few occasional 32 or 33". I was thinking a Penn slammer 360 but im unsure of the rod.
Any suggestions?
