..College tuitions have us starting it up again this season!!!...three bedroom, 2 bath year-round home in Cotuit, Cape Cod close to beaches, fishing, dining and shopping. House has full kitchen with washer and dryer, dishwasher, outdoor shower, cable, large deck with grill, skiff, windsurfer, and Canal Bikes!! Located in a quiet child-safe neighborhood.

$1200/week high season, $700/week off season.
