Yup, its true, just heard it on the news! Alfonso Soriano and someone else, I forget who they said, to the Rangers for A-Rod! Jeter is going to stay at short and A-Rod will play third base. Steinbrenner has agreed to take on the entire amount of A-Rods remaining contract.:bc:

It's gonna cost the Rangers around 67 million to get rid of Arod. Eliminates 110 some odd million in deferred salary and interest.

Yanks pay him 16 mill a year + 4 million signing and interest. Get to unload Soriano who fielding was soso bad and hitting failed miserably this fall.
