What can I expect to pay for one of these suckas?

Also, did I hear somewhere that the elbows were padded?

They're supposed to be about $215 from what I heard at the Freeport show. They added padded elbows and an inside pocket, modified the bottom so it fits snugger and the new material is breathable and more rugged. Al says they should be in the shops the end of March.
