nothing expensive just something to listen to police calls out in the car figure someone might have one laying around from there CB days!!:D

Go across the road to Wally World and you may find a hand held Bearcat scanner for low cash.
Scans and you can program it or let it go till it finds a freq.

If you are going new look for 800 frequency and Trunk capability.
Try either Radio Shack or Wally World
