I doubt that was written by Williams, he's one of the most liberal of the hollywood types. Unless of course he intended it as parody.

my only objection to this plan is aplolgizing. As far as how to treat our borders, I am on board and willing to sign a petition saying so.

Saying Robin Williams is like saying Tim Robbins came up with this. the only part of the statement that could have came out of Tim Robbins or Robin Williams is the apology.
