Commercial bass

Where do they finally end up getting sold? Resturaunts? supermarkets?

Do most commercially sold bass still get shipped to NY fish market?

If I went to Iowa during striper season, would resturaunts be offering striper on the menu?

Do they get shipped to Japan like BFT?

A local market (central CT) is advertising wild striper fillets at $8 a pound this week. I am guessing they are coming from somehere south of New England.

In Iowa you would be lucky to find someone who knows how to steam clams.
