Cupped Mouth On Pencil Poppers???
 

Just curious how some of you guys get the mouth on your pencil poppers to exhibit that cupping to toss the water.:confused: Maybe I answered my own question but I simply took a round dowel and wrapped my sandpaper around it and and rubbed it along the dowel until I had it just right..... it came out absolutely perfect.:happy: :huh:

Round nose router bit in a lathe, mind your hands.

dremmel or foredom with appropriate sized sanding drum is how i do it but that sand paper on a dowel works good also. or maby a selection of round files.
