This was a password I used about 5 years ago:
s84f40mmsm
and to remember it I had this writing on a piece of paper. So unless I lost the paper I would never forget the password string

Santiago, an old fisherman, has gone eighty-four days without catching a fish. For the first fourty days, a boy named Manolin had fished with him, but Manolin’s parents, who call Santiago salao, or “the worst form of unlucky,” forced Manolin to leave him in order to work in a more prosperous boat. The old man is -wrinkled, splotched, and scarred from handling heavy fish on cords, but his eyes, which are the color of the sea, remain “cheerful and undefeated.

I know it's :topic: but it's an interesting subject. Most passwords are easy to crack using dictionary attack. "password" is the most common password then comes birthdates, phone numbers, car make model year. I ran a network security tool here at work. The only password I could not crack was the Admin passwords and my own password. the shortest crack was 62 seconds and the longest took just over 20 minutes but he had used the same password for shares, documents and access.
Use Numbers letters and symbols for a secure password.
Here is another example:
You can create a mnemonic password by taking a funny sentence and picking up the first letter of each word. For example, the sentence "You can create good passwords with this rule." provides a password "YccGpwtR". (Naturally, I've now spoiled the good password by phrasing it out.)
