Hybrid Graphite Fiberglass blanks

I recently heard about some new hybrid blanks that combine graphite and fiberglass. I'm considering building a new rod for school blue fin. Does anyone have any experience with these hybrids? And, can you recommend a good blank manufacturer?

They are called Composites, Calstar, Seeker, LAmiglas are probably the top 3.

The Calstar's are my favorites due to their somewhat radical tapers, but you can't go wrong with any of those mentioned.
If you heard of "hybrid" as a model, that was what Loomis I think is now calling "the pelagic". Expen$ive but nice.
If you are going to toss some ca$h you might want to look at the GUSAs as well. I'm making a few right now...
Thanks Billy!:)
