Has Anyone Fished the Prov. Hurricane Barrier ????

Has anyone fished the Fox point Hurricane Barrier in Providence?
Ive read that hold over bass stay there because of the warm waters from the Manchester Street powerplant water outflows. Is there any truth to this?

Has anybody fished this recently>?

There is no hurricane barrier or power plant in Providence, In fact, there is no Providence....

If you're going to fish it now is the time as the fishys will be swishing their tails outa there in the next few weeks and will scatter.
