Whats Up With These Darn Cardboard CD Covers!

Just bought Eric Claptons new album and it comes in one of those darn cardboard covers instead of the more durable plastic covers. I agree that it saves money selling them this way and yes, for you tree huggers, (or not) is better for the environment, but I much prefer the plastic covers!:af: They protect the CD better than the cardboard.:smash: Anyone else have an opinion on this?

the plastic stink too,,,can't open em' they break easy....just a simple sleeve like an old album cover would be fine
