Anybody else try for hold overs this weekend?
 

Went for holdovers this Sunday. I saw the boat guys pulling in some dinks. However, I did see what looked to be a 35-40" fish surface about 10 feet in front of the dock I was fishing off of. Unfortunately, the only thing I caught was a skunk. Gonna try again on Thursday night.

I went to providence friday morning - didn't stay long, nada but a runny nose

Went friday with eben. FIshed for 2 hours all over, nada. I left, and as eben waS LEAVING , he heard a guy yelling, with a nice fish. Eben went on to catch 23 fish, theres karma , huh crafty? Also heard report of a 36" on a herring. Im gonna try tonight there and another river, and might liveline a few herring wed. Ill let you guys know how i make out tonight.

eben caught 23 fish and then woke up and had some fruity pebbles for breakfast:laughs: :laughs: :laughs:

chef i thought you were gonna wait til they were going down stream, isn't that what your posters are all about

got Skunked. Definetly all about taking them post spawn. But gonna try 4-5 out once up there, then no more for me to may.:D
