well...poachers beware, hopefully the wardens do a bit more than $50 fines and make poachers as rare as the herring were last year

$25-$50 fines? thats not gonna stop them , but hopefully the new regulations will put a damper on their poaching efforts. good to see the EP will be doing something productive besides going out of their way to run people's boat reg and other BS.
