paint over envirotex
 

I made some small needles for the kids in a spearing imitation. basic white with blue holographic strips down the sides and glitter in the envirotex. I'm gonna put another thin coat of envirotex on but I'd like to liven the colors up with a little blue/green on the back between coats.
yae or nay?

It will work. Make sure the paint is dry.
