Christian...I wanna be your friend...

you are amongst the most courageous builders around.

Dat one looks real good with anice bunker pattern paint job.

Dude, we gotta fish a bunch this year

That profile looks a little tall and not quite wide enough......maybe should have gone a little wider for more boyancy? Just my .02 cents. Let me know how it goes Christian.:btu:

Looks like it might fall on its side like a pancake, know what I mean?

with the weight i think it will be fine.

Nice!!

Christian 04-15-2004 03:09 PM

link got it. before i test floated it without weights and it sat like a pancake like ya said, but then i added the two little shot and now it sits perfect. plus there will be a2-3/0 treble on the belly acting as a keel.:) :D this thing is in definite need of a test swim.:)

BigFish 04-15-2004 03:12 PM

I had no doubt Christian, supposed to be a B-U tiful weekend for a swim!!!!!:D

Tagger 04-15-2004 04:12 PM

Sweet... nice plug .. nice belly profile .. I think you have something there .

Striperknight 04-15-2004 04:25 PM

I like it. :D :D :D :D

BassAssasin 04-15-2004 04:33 PM

That will work. I've made plugs like that and they swim good. Mine are weighted slightly different but the way you did it will work as well. I used small colorado blades on the ones I made. BA

Looks like a great experiment to me!:kewl:

OOOooooooo

NICE!

 :claps:

I'd love to see that swim... that will be a killer, esp. with the colors you are planning.....

Jigman 04-15-2004 08:24 PM

Looks good to me  If the lip does not work out, you could always go with a lexan lip like those used on freshie crankbaits.
