Great looking set up. How does that Jet air cleaner do for you? I am looking to get a dust collector and air filtration system. I looked at the Delta and the Jet and can't decide. >{}}}(*>

Christian 04-18-2004 09:13 AM

:D cool:D

UserRemoved1 04-18-2004 12:03 PM

Newell I may be getting rid of that Jet I need a bigger one this one is too small now. I will let you know. The woodworking show is next week and the next machine I am buying is a 3-5hp 220v 3 bag collection system.

Bob Thomas 04-18-2004 12:18 PM

A Salty,

Any reason why I can't see the pics? I just get the little red "X" box!

UserRemoved1 04-18-2004 12:20 PM

I dunno, first person I seen with a problem?

MAC 04-18-2004 02:46 PM

Karl F 04-18-2004 02:55 PM

Bassman18 04-18-2004 03:05 PM

I got the same problem with the Xs too, any reason why this is happening?

UserRemoved1 04-18-2004 04:02 PM

maybe you guys behind a firewall and no permissions set for the ip address John is using on the site?

STRIPER77 04-19-2004 02:52 AM

Salty---What is that grid type thing over the lathe??

UserRemoved1 04-19-2004 05:31 AM

It's a fold-down guard, on rollers and it locks downwhile turning so you don't get beaned by a bad blank.

Jigman 04-19-2004 07:28 AM

Nice set up! I think you need a new camera though. Seems to blank out parts of the photo with pink blotches :D So what machine adds all the grain to the plugs :smash: :D

Jigman

BigFish 04-19-2004 07:35 AM

That would be a Delta Grain Applicator! Very specialized piece of equipment and very hard to locate.:D

Mr. Sandman 04-19-2004 08:02 AM

Very professional set up SB. Looks like you mean business.
I hope it pays off for you...I guess if I see you out there in a new 30'er it did.!:)

Diamond Tackle 04-19-2004 11:16 AM

my shop is bigger than your shop :p

just kidding, i had to do that .. :D

Good luck with the new place. Looks good.
I saw the pics on the other place, but i too am getting red X's here. Did you get the backknife lathe yet ?

" That would be a Delta Grain Applicator! Very specialized piece of equipment and very hard to locate."

Priceless !!

:laughs:

UserRemoved1 04-19-2004 03:30 PM

Bigfish you funny :D

Sandman thanks but I'll stick with what I got fer now til I decided to pop the cork on the new CAT :D

With the work done down there today I now have close to 12k into this in the last month alone. Several new additions within the next month including a dust control system, and as Tinman alluded to, another new/old backnife lathe to supplement the machines I currently have. By this time next year I hope to be turning out 5000 lures a month...easily attainable with the iron going in here....

And Tinboy you ain't even seen the whole thing YET :D

rocketman 04-19-2004 05:06 PM

I Installed Norton Anti-virus a couple Months ago, what do I need to do to allow the pics to load. I also can"t see the pics on Salty's website either. Any help appreciated. I'm not too good at this electronic stuff. Thanks

UserRemoved1 04-19-2004 08:46 PM
