Knots

The only surf fishing knots I use are the palomar, allbright, snell and a San Diego Jam Knot...

Fly fishing is another matter.

excellent site for fishing knots
the majority of knots I use are the palomat for tying your leader to the barrel swivel, clinch for the leader to the snap swivel, uni knot for tying braid to your leader, and perfection loop for tying on the leader to a plug or jig

Keep it simple, Tyler. Use palmoaur, improved clinch, uni, triline.
