Alright I have a friend that has this lure and was wondering what it is. It has no markings anywhere, it's bright red with a black head, it's wood about two and a half inches long with glass eyes. What do you think?......Steve?..........

looks like a South Bend Midget Surf-Oreno. But I am far from an expert. I've never seen those type hooks on them either
