doe..........
never looked at it like that BA, I had fun making it cause it is new to Me. But i think the hard part is cutting the V. I use My band saw and angle the fence and clamp a hunk of wood to fence to extend it and line up the lure ( have pencle Mark to get both sides right) I dont know if You notice But the mouth I used a brad point to make the cup and then I angled the mouth via belt sander. the hard part for Me was the front wire. I hope to make it in cave tomorrow to make a few more. You know what would be cool is after You make the cuts and shape it Just to wire the plug together after its been painted at the joints and then epoxy again. I think it would look trick....... Just a thought................ |

That is the way I do the cut at the joint as well.

You mean make a space but don't hinge it? I thought about that a while ago but havent tried it. You mentioned just making a U in the wire for the rear. I make a loop to keep adequate space between the front and back. |

Guess I'm just seeing the V-cuts, wiring, etc. as being a recipe for disaster  I could just see me getting close to finishing one and f it up  Besides, you seem to have them down so well, be much better just to ho them from you :D

BA, im saying the U is for the front part of plug in reer . i do the same as You for the front for the rear part of plug
Yes just shape and paint then join the to pc together and epoxy. alot of work but would look pissaH Im a mad Man................. |
