wire bendin help?

i need some tips to get the wire perfect, and consistant on every plug.

i usally put a downward bend, then wrap arround a screwdriver to make the circle. then i make a somewhat feeble attempt at a barrell wrap while holding the tag end in vise grips, with the circle end in the vise.
usually gets smooshed into submission by pliers in the end.
looks like crap, comes out crooked, and ugly. and the plug is ruined!
any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I start with arse grommet .. couple there look like belly grommet on arse ,thats gotta make it tough ..I use little vice grips to bend wire straight up vertical ,,Then round nose plyers to bend round.. Walk over to a phillips screw driver (size I like loop) I have clamped in a heavy vice horrzontal . I put the loop over the screw driver and with small vice grips on tag end, I cinch it tight wrapping tag end around loop base as neat as I can .. Newelly show pic however u do it ..

Ok, here goes. First I bend the wire at approximately a 45 degree angle to the plug. Sorry I deleted this picture without saving it. Next I grab the wire at the bend with my round nosed pliers and bend it back over.

I then grab the wire with my left handdd and pull it around the pliers

Next I pull wire around base of the loop that is formed. Do this a couple of times.

Last step is cutting the wire. I do this with a pair side cutters used by rodbusters (Ironworkers) I try to cut the wire as tight to the loop as possible

The way I am holding the pliers in pictures is only to make it easier to see. I actually hold them in a regular manner(did I word that right)
