I struck out! A couple of guys live lining herring struck out also!

when I arrived there this morning some guy was taking herring from the restricted canal side of the run.

Did you report about it?

I don't own a cell phone or else I would have called right then and there!

well, u can call to the dmps and report it on ur phone...
