I swam the 3 I have left the other night... They cast great, sat and sank like I like a needle to do, came up at a 45 degree angle when reeled slow, they would go ight up on top when reeled quick, and sit down arse first when stopped. For needles I was happy, except I did get skunked that night.

Now, the guy I gave this one too, who doesn't post here, as he is smart enough to not own a computer :laughs: , anyway, he called me up the other night to tell me he took a "keeper" (schoolie size, about 32 inches he said) with it, and just wanted to let me know... I do not know if the other ones have even been wet yet.....
So, I guess for the record.... one worked! so far... (at least!) :happy:

KarlF....made a few changes....I think they will meet with your approval.:D Please check them out.

Ya didn't hafta change it, I'm only one for 12 ;) ain't proved yet!

MrsSFrancis, I was given one of your plugs and I noticed that the front of the lip is not seated all the way back against the wood. Any special reason?

no special reason, its just the way my husband builds them:)

to save the one my husband dropped on the floor, its the second one from the bottom, you can see where it hit the floor at the base of the tail, and there are a couple of chips in the paint on the other side....But I fell so inlove with it, I could not throw it out:D

You should have seen it, I was picking hair and the other junk out of the clear with tweezers:laughs:
