small bait

Any advice on what lures to use when theres massive amounts of small bait around. Ive had good luck with a quarter ounce shad dart with a pork rind trailer on a casting egg. Just looking for some other things to try to see if i can get more hookups. Ive been getting some super fat schoolies on the above setup.
Thanks

Tyler... small kastmasters.. even after dark can work...
if not a fly for a teaser and any old lure....

i use #7 split back rapalas spray painted white with trebles changed over to vmc's. they are killa when peanut bunker and tiny herring are around!

cocohoes are great with a small teaser ontop.

yozuri crystal minnows are killer too-

They would just bump the cocahoes. Gotta get some teasers. Do you think a mackerel rig would work? Kinda looks like little minnows.

if the waters calm use one of those little gags grabbers popper, the small one. chrome is good.

So far the shad dart with the pork trailer has worked the best. The action slowed down tonight only caught 4.
