Looking for light 8' spinning rod

Hey im looking for a light 8' spinning rod rated around 1/4-1oz,8-17lb test. Not looking to spend more than 70 bucks on it. I got a 704z in good condition that i could trade with too. Thanks

You can get a new Tsunami or Tica for that kind of $ and if you buy it at a decent shop get a over the counter breakage return warrenty too.
