d-day
its very unlikely that that we are blessed with veterans amongst us who were there but i could be wrong. i have studied this day 06/06/44 and have been to normandy. i am sure that the men who took part in this world altering/rescue of all oppressed individauls truly changed the way we as americans live life. i personally want to thank all vets, WW2 and beyond. without you ladies and gentelman who so gracefully put you lives on the frontline to give us (the general public)the freedom to b**ch about anything and everything we can think of. on this day 06/06/04 lets not whine about what we want or whats right or wrong. the men who died on those beaches fought for our right to disagree, lets all make those men proud and all agree without "Our Greatest Generation" we would not be standing where we are today.
god bless our troops |
Well said...God bless them all for what they did:claps:

These men and woman have my total respect, what they did, went through and saw is just amazing. Words can't describe how much I look up to any veteran.

Most people don't realize just how close we came to losing our Freedom as we know it. D-day was a blood and guts allout battle for the lives we live today. Thank God for people like our soldiers. I've heard many stories from many Vets who were there. Some funny , some not. All filled with mortal terror. Thanks Men!
