Did you sign up for this service? It looks VERY suspicious to me!!!

I can help you with encoding though of movies you already have into dvd format...:)

I just took a look at that site and it looks extremely cheesey to me. I'd avoid it.

put it this way, those movies haven't been released on video yet from the studios...how could it be legit?

FLY-FAST 06-15-2004 08:53 AM

Well, it is definitely not legitimate per se, prema facia it violates numerous copyright laws. However, there is an entire underground subculture dedicated to hijacking movies and posting them online. However, these are typically found in newsgroups or through services like Kazaa.

Just remember also that there is an entire subculture dedicated to hacking and also one dedicated to Virus Creation and Propegation. Sometimes these guys will add code to a downloaded movie that can install Trojan Viruses, Adware, and other internet nasties onto your PC. Be REAL careful with what you download.

If you want to start getting into pirating movies buy yourself another PC. A good cheap used one will be fine. and use this as your download PC. That way if you do get bitten you can just blow it away and rebuild it w/ out having to worry about all of your Documents and Financial software being hosed.

Just a suggestion but Better safe than sorry
