Outer Beaches

I will be making my first trip ever to the outer cape beaches this Sat. night. Not sure what to expect but I can't wait to go. If anyone wants to throw me some tips I'll take em', if not just wish me luck. Does anyone know if most beaches out there have a parking fee? Don't have a sticker for my vehicle so I'll be humping it a ways from the parking lots......probably going to hit the Chatum-Nauset area. May even try eeling for the first time this year. If anyone want to go exploring with me P.M. me.

To park at the national seashore beaches between 12 midnight, and i think 6 am, you are suppose to have a overnight parking pass, it has been my experience in the past that they wont tow you or anything, but might give you a warning ticket, or maybee even a tickey, although i have never gotten a ticket. Im not sure what the story is on the town owned lots. Good luck !!

If you are going to park in the National Seashore lots, you'll need to stop at the visitors center and pick up a free season parking pass for fishing. My family has spent quite a bit of time down the cape since I was born and was never aware such a thing existed until I found out the hard way 2 years ago. Got a $50 parking ticket for parking at Race Point by some newbie. Had to go to FEDERAL court in Hyanis to appeal and they only reduced it to $10.
Rest of the town lots should not be a problem.
Godd luck.
