Does anyone know where I can have a stencil madeup? I want
to have a stencil made with all lowercase letters about 3/4 inch
letters!

Are you looking for anything fancy or big? If not you can get basic stencil kits at AC Moores or any other craft store

No, nothing fancy, just so I can use it as a name plate to be used with spray paint, to mark different items.

Either buy a stencil kit at local arts/crafts store, or you can choose your own fonts online, print it out and then impose it onto heavy duty construction paper, and cut it out with a scalpel... and use that... :)
