Annoying people on the VHF
 

I'm just wondering if I'm they only one out on the water who gets VERY annoyed by some of the mindless babble that goes on over the vhf radio!!!
Over this past weekend (in Boston harbor)
on channel 69, we had some morons making non stop animal noises back and forth for hours!!!
then we had some girl having a full blown 10 minute long orgasm!!!

I hear ya Ron - I put up with it all day here at work, between the 2 way radios and the page phone system.

I usually turn down/off the VHF if it gets out of hand - I want to get away from all the BS when i'm out there. :smash:

Same thing applies out on the water as does here at work - ignore it - if they know there's an audience they'll keep it going.

If they know it's tweakin someone they'll kick it up a few notches.

I like the one where someone is using my name and a friends name on the VHF while i'm at work. Not even close to the radio.:af: :af:
