Top Rod bait shop, rt 28 Harwich
 

This is the worst "bait" shop I've ever seen... we drive by on the way to fishing, and we wanted to get some squid for flukin'. There's this palooka sitting outside, so I drive up. "Got anhy squid?" I ask. "Oh yeah, we got squid, sea worms', herrin', whatever you want" So I park my car and go in. The googin didn't have anything but frozen herring, and he was trying to sell me every overpriced lure in the shop. "Oh you don't need squid for fluke, just use these diamond jigs!" He was still trying to sell me his crap as I was walking out the door. Top Rod... and all he had were like two old Ugly Sticks on the wall. STAY AWAY from this place!:af::af:

not laughin at you,,,the owner is a joke. I know this guy..I called to see if he had 5500ss,,he said sure do,,68.00, when I got there it went up to 74.00 in 6 min's.:rolleyes:

I worked for BRB&T when I was in High School and the former owner is like a second father to me. Jerry, for those who do not know him, is one of the most decent and honest human beings I have had he pleasure of knowing. He is now closed up shop because the cost of doing business had gotten so out of hand.
