shellfishing permit in Haba or Cape Cod

Hey guys, Im lookign for a sghellfishing permit in haba. Im not sure abt the cape because im not a resident on the cape, so i have to pay a lot of money for it? i dont see any place on haba for shellfishing, but are they good?

notaro, i think most of the harbor is closed to shellfishing..

other spots on the fringes are open to master shelfisherman who

bring them to cleansing stations for decontamination..(plum

island has the last one in mass) you can get a non res lic for

anywhere on the cape.. but your goign to pay the equivalent of

a commercial lic, (probably in the 65-100$range)

if you have a friend on the cape, use their res as yours and

get a local one..

Just as I thought, man. Yeah, we all pee in the water and they all are contamined. Andl also in the past, haba was a dirty water, but now its improving.

Thanks, dude
